If you're planning to get a new piercing, you're in the right place. 

Here is everything you need to know before booking an appointment:

Hi! My name is Sierra and I am a certified piercing artist Located in Germantown, Maryland. 

Please be sure to read over all my policies below before booking🦋

My policy:

A $10 nonrefundable deposit is required when booking an appointment. 

This deposit goes towards your total, and will only be refunded if I have canceled your appointment. 

However, you may reschedule your appointment within 30 days. (An additional deposit is not required to reschedule) 

Deposit payment methods: Zelle, Apple pay, or Pay pal. When sending either your deposit or your remaining total, PLEASE LEAVE THE NOTE/MESSAGE SECTION BLANK!  

Please do not arrive at your appointment with additional guests unless you have inquired with me in advance.

A fifteen minute grace period is given, after 15 minutes there will be a $10 late fee. 20 minutes and your appointment is canceled.

Please be aware that this is due to the fact that I may have clients after you.

Please note:

To be eligible for a discounted price during a sale, you must book your piercings during the sale or after the sale is announced! (Sale prices do not apply to pre booked appointments) 

Payment methods accepted at your appointment: Cash, Apple pay, Zelle, or Pay pal. When paying in cash please bring your exact total, I do not carry change.

My address will be sent to you 24 hours before your appointment.
